Registration Fees

Early bird registration up to 1 February 2018
Full registration from 2 February 2018

Fees below are in Australian dollars with approximate rates in US dollars and Euros subject to currency exchange.

Adult Early bird:

  • daCi/WDA member: AUD 475 (US 359; Euro 337) Non-member: AUD 525 (US 397; Euro 373)

Adult Full:

  • daCi/WDA member: AUD 575 (US 435; Euro 408); Non-member: AUD 625 (US 473; Euro 443)

Adult registration includes attendance at the Opening and Closing Events, Scholarly Gatherings, Creative Gatherings, Teachers’ Gatherings, Workshops and Performances**. Attendance at Dance Flavours will be subject to availability.

Tertiary/University Student (age 17+): Early bird

  • daCi/WDA member: AUD 225 (US 170; Euro 160); Non-member AUD 275 (US 208; Euro 195)

Tertiary/University Student (age 17+): Full

daCi/WDA member: AUD 275 (US 208; Euro 195); Non-member AUD 325 (US 246; Euro 230)

Tertiary/University Student registration includes attendance at the Opening and Closing Events, Scholarly Gatherings, Creative Gatherings, Young People’s Gatherings, Workshops, Performances** and Dance Flavours.  Attendance at Twin Labs if applicable.

Child (age 6-16): Early bird AUD 175  (US 132; Euro 124)

Child (age 6-16): Full AUD 225 (US 170; Euro 159)

Child registration includes attendance at the Opening and Closing Events, Creative Gatherings, Young People’s Gatherings, Dance Flavours and Performances**.

Chaperone (with group aged 6-16): AUD 125 (US 94; Euro 89) No early bird

Chaperones registration includes attendance at the Opening and Closing Events, and may attend Dance Flavours, Creative Gatherings, Twin Labs if your child/student/s require specific assistance.

Adult daily rate: daCi/WDA member AUD 145 (US 110; Euro 103); Non-member: AUD 165 (US 125; Euro 117)

Tertiary/University Student daily rate: AUD 85 (US 64; Euro 60) 

Children daily rate: AUD 85 (US 64; Euro 60)

No registration fee for children age 5 and under   

The registration fee includes AUD10 contribution to enable young people with access challenges to participate in Panpapanpalya 2018. *

*This new initiative will be managed by the local Panpapanpalya 2018 access organising committee targeting young people from differently abled or marginalised communities.

**Performances: Registration includes attendance at student/young people’s performances.

During the week there will be dance performances of Australian dance companies at local theatres.  Details will be added to the Panpapanpalya 2018 website when programs are released. Bookings for these performances will be individual choice and not included in the registration fee.

Panpapanpalya 2018 is committed to inclusivity and diversity.
